Scott has been ministering at Redeemer since 1996. He began as a part-time youth minister while attending Dallas Theological Seminary. He came on as a full-time assistant in the spring of 2000. He became Redeemer's interim pastor in the Fall of 2011 and full-time pastor in 2012.
